The flat is very conveniently located right in the centre, making it easy to explore the area. It’s well equipped, with all appliances in good working order. While the bedsheets for the sofa bed were initially missing, Joanne responded quickly and resolved the issue without delay. Overall, a pleasant and practical place to stay. Parking was a bit tricky to figure out at first. Parking IS nearby. Joanne sent us the link to the relevant website. However. the council’s system and signage were not very straightforward. We ended up purchasing a 4-day permit even though we only stayed for 2 days—perhaps the most practical option available.

This was our second stay at the Villa, and it was just as fantastic as we remembered. The house is incredibly spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for multiple families. The pool is a great size, and the kitchen has everything you need - plenty of cutlery, dishes, and glassware. The location is also unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from the beach. Joanne was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home that allowed our family of five to spread out. The private swimming pool looked inviting. However, the cold rainy weather this week didn’t accommodate us. We traveled to/ from Lagos often. While we did not rent a car, Ubers and taxis were always available. We hope to experience the Algarve area in all its splendor again!

Had the most amazing stay here. From walking in the family were shocked we were staying in a place as they put it that was this fancy. The place was spotless. The house was clean. The area is lovely as some of us are originally from Portugal it was lovely to come back and experience it again with the whole family. Would highly recommend and hopefully we will be back.

The villa was perfect for our extended family holiday. The place is beautiful and well maintained, and the views are even better than the pictures. Old town and the beach are walkable or an easy drive. Joanne was very responsive and friendly. We recommend this property and these hosts.

Spotless and beautifully equipped apartment in the centre of town. Everything within walking distance, shops, restaurants, harbour, beach. A little noisy Friday and Saturday night as the apartment is on the Main Street, but had great fun people watching. Lovely hosts very responsive to questions and very helpful instructions. Would recommend to others and would stay again. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa, with ample accommodation and all the amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, barbecue area and pool, which was perfect for relaxing days and evenings enjoying the perfect weather and peaceful quiet. The small town of Luz offers all you need, and has a lovely beach with walkway and multiple good seaside restaurants. Joanne was a responsive and friendly host who responded immediately and helpfully to all communications. Highly recommended!

Joanne and Lee’s place was stunning and provided just what we needed for an extended family get together, ages ranging from 1 year old to grandparents in their 60’s. In terms of entertainment, between the pool, pool table, fuse-ball table and loads of space inside and out, everyone had fun and didn’t feel the need to get out to find something to do. With 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms we had no squabbles over bathroom time with teenage girls - a win for me! We had 4 glorious days of sunshine in late September so couldn’t have been happier. We will be back and if it wasn’t so far away from Australia, we’d be back every year!

Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit großartigen Blick auf die Berge und es hat einen unfassbaren großen eigenen Pool den die Kinder sehr genossen haben. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden Kleinigkeiten wurden direkt mit der Vermieterin geklärt und sofort beseitigt.Wir würden immer wieder kommen wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub. Bei der Ankunft ist alles notwendige erstmal im Haus Toilettenpapier, Handtücher Gewürze. Die Küche ist schön geräumig in der man gut kochen kann. Eine klare Empfehlung für einen schönen Urlaub. Hinzufügen möchte ich noch da es im Sommer dort sehr warm ist die Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafraum sowie im Wohnzimmer goldwert waren. vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. LG an Joanne und Lee
